Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers via multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Educate customers on product features and functionalities, guiding them through step-by-step solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base and FAQ resources.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify trends to proactively address potential issues and improve service quality.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role (minimum 1 year)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • High level of empathy and a customer-first mindset
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar customer support platforms
  • Familiarity with the career services or HR technology industry
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish a plus)
