Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Educate customers on product features, service options, and company policies in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Adhere to all company guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs) regarding call handling and resolution times.
  • Continuously strive for first-call resolution while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
