Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, adhering to service level agreements.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues, guiding customers through solutions with clear and concise instructions.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate and comprehensive information.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
