Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
