Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company policies, procedures, and service offerings.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Adhere strictly to data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive customer information.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional, and empathetic tone.
  • Proven ability to actively listen, de-escalate situations, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
