Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to customers via live chat, addressing a wide range of inquiries.
- Master product knowledge and system tools to efficiently resolve customer issues in real-time.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service by adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat or remote environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proven ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate challenging situations gracefully.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
