Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via remote channels including live chat, email, and social media, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to platform usage, technical difficulties, account management, and service inquiries.
  • Educate users on Career.zycto’s features and best practices to maximize their experience and foster engagement.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to escalate complex issues and provide user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Career.zycto’s products, services, and policies to deliver informed support.
  • Proactively identify common customer pain points and contribute to the creation of self-help resources and FAQs.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and support skills.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proven ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate challenging situations gracefully.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
