Key Responsibilities

  • Vigilantly monitor security alerts and events generated by various security tools (SIEM, EDR, etc.).
  • Perform initial analysis and triage of security incidents to determine their nature and severity.
  • Escalate critical security issues and complex incidents to senior cybersecurity analysts or incident response teams.
  • Accurately document all security incidents, investigations, and remediation steps in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing security monitoring tools and systems.
  • Participate in regular security awareness training and continuous professional development.
  • Support vulnerability management efforts by reporting identified weaknesses.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of security operations processes and playbooks.
  • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including network protocols, operating systems, and common attack vectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
