Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems for alerts and anomalies.
- Perform initial triage, investigation, and escalation of security incidents.
- Provide technical support for security tools and technologies, including firewalls, antivirus, EDR, and MFA solutions.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security policies and procedures.
- Document incident response activities, security configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Educate users on cybersecurity best practices and phishing awareness.
- Participate in vulnerability management activities, including scanning and remediation tracking.

Required Skills
