Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for cybersecurity-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex incidents as necessary.
- Assist in monitoring security systems, including SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems, for alerts and anomalies.
- Help maintain and update security documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
