Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and pre-process large datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Support A/B testing and other experimental designs to measure the impact of new features or strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
