Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex global mobility data from various internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Identify data patterns, anomalies, and insights to provide strategic recommendations for optimizing global mobility policies and processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable intelligence.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all global mobility data sets and reporting mechanisms.
- Assist in the development and implementation of predictive models to forecast global mobility trends and potential challenges.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required to support business decisions and special projects.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with exposure to HR, Compensation, or Global Mobility data.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear insights.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with global mobility concepts, international tax, immigration, and compensation principles.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages like Python or R.
