Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present key findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis projects.
- Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and anomalies, proposing solutions for data quality improvements.
- Contribute to the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast trends and inform decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and team members in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new analytical techniques, and data technologies to continuously enhance our data capabilities.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros)
