Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Create insightful data visualizations to communicate complex data trends and insights effectively.
- Develop and implement statistical models for forecasting key business metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and answer critical business questions.
- Present findings and recommendations to various audiences, including senior management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and tools.
- Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.

- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
