Career.zycto is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong focus on reporting, visualization, and forecasting to join our innovative team in Cookridge, Leeds. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Create and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
- Develop and implement robust forecasting models to predict future business trends, sales, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytical outputs.
- Support the data governance framework, promoting best practices in data handling and analysis.

- Present complex analytical findings in an understandable and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong portfolio in reporting, visualization, and forecasting.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
- Demonstrable experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
