Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and extraction of data from various sources, including surveys, reports, and databases.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency of datasets.
- Organize and maintain data repositories, ensuring proper documentation and version control.
- Support senior analysts in conducting preliminary data analysis, including descriptive statistics and basic visualizations.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations of findings for internal review and client deliverables.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data collection tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand data requirements and analytical objectives.
- Adhere strictly to data privacy and security protocols.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and statistical methods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a diploma/degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL).
- Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
