Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of precision and speed.
  • Organizing and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all documents are correctly categorized and easily retrievable.
  • Conducting regular data audits to ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Generating standard and ad-hoc reports from data systems as requested by management and other departments.
  • Assisting with general office administration tasks, including but not limited to, managing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Providing clerical support to various departments, which may include photocopying, scanning, transcribing, and document preparation.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all company and client data.
  • Collaborating with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve office efficiency.
  • Responding to internal inquiries related to data and record retrieval in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to data handling and information security.

Required Skills

  • Proven proficiency in data entry and database management.
