Job Description
GraceKennedy Limited is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Entry-Level Data Entry Technician to join our administrative support team in Barbican, Kingston. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from various source documents into designated computer systems and databases.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before and after entry, correcting errors as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client information.
- Organize and file source documents after data entry to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
- Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
- Adhere to established data entry procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support department operations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
