Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data acquisition to model deployment and performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve complex business challenges.
- Conduct deep dive analysis into large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of interventions.
- Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and the implementation of scalable data pipelines.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science methodologies, applying relevant advancements to projects.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a highly related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) and their practical application.
- Demonstrated experience with statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Proven ability to work with large, messy datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
