You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of reporting, from data extraction and transformation to report design, development, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for reporting purposes.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to support reporting and analytical needs.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform data validation and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data used in reports.
- Optimize database performance, queries, and reporting processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Document database structures, reporting logic, and ETL processes for knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on reporting tools and data interpretation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot reporting systems to ensure uninterrupted data availability.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or similar) for complex querying and database manipulation
- Experience with at least one major Business Intelligence (BI) tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense)
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts, data warehousing, and ETL processes
