Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various machinery and equipment on the assembly line, adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently, following detailed work instructions and quality control standards.
- Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of assembly, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies.
- Monitor the production process to ensure smooth operation, prompt identification of issues, and minimal downtime.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, as well as packaging finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all team members.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Required Skills
- Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, repetitive manufacturing environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) consistently.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a factory or warehouse setting.
