Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain various machinery and equipment on the assembly line, adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Assemble components accurately and efficiently, following detailed work instructions and quality control standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of assembly, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure smooth operation, prompt identification of issues, and minimal downtime.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials, as well as packaging finished products for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, repetitive manufacturing environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) consistently.
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures in a factory or warehouse setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working on an assembly line or in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools commonly used in assembly.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
