As a Day Shift Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment they check in. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning windows.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, and floors.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.
- Inspect rooms for repairs or unsafe conditions and report them to supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Manage linen stock and ensure proper handling of laundry.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
