Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly and providing exceptional service.
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, selections, and purchases.
- Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Processing cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stocking shelves, arranging displays, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Handling customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Resolving customer concerns and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Required Skills
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
