Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
  • Sort and organize packages according to delivery routes and schedules.
  • Perform scanning and tracking of items to ensure accurate inventory control.
  • Prepare delivery documentation and verify package contents against manifests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the warehouse and vehicles.
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and supervisors.
  • Support drivers during deliveries, potentially including navigating and customer interaction.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to management.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 25kg) consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand and move for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
