Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of all goods.
- Assisting drivers with route navigation, planning, and adherence to established delivery schedules within Cathays and surrounding Cardiff areas.
- Delivering goods to various retail stores and customer locations, representing Career.zycto with professionalism.
- Verifying delivery contents against invoices, meticulously checking for accuracy, and obtaining necessary customer signatures.
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the delivery vehicle and designated storage areas.
- Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws at all times.
- Reporting any delivery issues, damages, discrepancies, or customer feedback promptly to the supervisor.
- Supporting in-store retail operations during periods of downtime, including stock replenishment, merchandising, or customer assistance on the shop floor.
- Collaborating effectively with the retail team to ensure smooth transitions of goods and seamless operational flow.

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and helpful demeanor.
