Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily delivery routes, optimizing for efficiency and timely dispatch.
- Monitor real-time delivery progress using tracking systems, proactively addressing and resolving any delays or issues.
- Act as the primary communication link between drivers, customers, and internal departments regarding delivery status and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and fleet movements, ensuring data integrity and reporting.
- Manage and allocate delivery resources effectively, including vehicles and personnel, to meet operational demands.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, or customer complaints.
- Ensure all delivery operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Generate performance reports on delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
