Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver packages to various locations across Singapore.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations while operating delivery vehicles/motorcycles.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and package conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with recipients and clients.
- Handle all packages with care to prevent damage.
- Perform basic routine checks on delivery vehicles/motorcycles (if applicable).
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery status or issues.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 2B/3/3A driving license (depending on vehicle type)
- Good sense of direction and navigation skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights (up to 25kg)
- Punctuality and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Singapore's road network and geographical areas.
- Prior experience with delivery applications or navigation tools (even personal use).
