Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages, documents, and other items to designated locations within Brampton and surrounding areas.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Verify contents of shipments against shipping documents and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and internal teams regarding delivery status or any issues encountered.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing safety at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing Career.zycto professionally and courteously.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor delivery issues independently or by escalating to the appropriate channels.
Required Skills
- Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.
