Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport various goods from dispatch locations to customer addresses within the Sheffield area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations, ensuring the secure delivery of items.
- Verify order accuracy and collect appropriate signatures/confirmations upon delivery.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle.
- Handle payments and complete necessary paperwork or digital confirmations as required.
- Represent Career.zycto professionally and courteously at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid UK Category B driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (car or van) with valid MOT, insurance, and road tax.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good geographical knowledge of Sheffield and surrounding areas, or willingness to learn quickly.
- A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
