Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles for deliveries within Düsseldorf and surrounding areas.
- Load, unload, prepare, and operate the delivery vehicle in a safe and timely manner.
- Follow planned delivery routes and schedules, adapting to unforeseen circumstances like traffic.
- Verify contents of shipments against delivery notes to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good operating condition of the company vehicle, performing routine pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, interacting professionally and courteously with clients.
- Handle cash or card payments from customers when required, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Report any delivery issues, vehicle malfunctions, or customer feedback promptly to management.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company safety standards.

Required Skills
- Valid German Class B driver's license (Führerschein Klasse B).
- Proven clean driving record with no major violations.
- Proficiency in German language (B2 level or higher) for effective customer communication.

- Physical stamina to lift and carry packages of varying weights (up to 25 kg) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight delivery schedules.

- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail to ensure correct package delivery and documentation.
