Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of packages and goods.
- Help navigate routes, identify delivery locations, and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery manifests against items delivered and obtain necessary signatures.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit and delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, representing Career.zycto professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and road regulations.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and customers to resolve any delivery issues promptly.

- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly (up to 25kg).
