Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles.
- Help navigate routes and ensure timely delivery of products to designated customer locations.
- Verify the accuracy of orders against delivery manifests before and after transport.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, handling inquiries professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle's cargo area.
- Adhere to established delivery schedules and optimize routes for efficiency.
- Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure operational readiness.
- Complete and accurately maintain delivery documentation, including logs and receipts.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, drivers, and customers regarding delivery status or issues.
- Strictly follow all company safety guidelines, traffic laws, and transportation regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance for a demanding role.

- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
