Job Description

Maluti Mountain Brewery is urgently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our logistics team as a Delivery Loader for an immediate start in Roma, Maseru. This isn’t just about moving boxes; it’s about being the crucial link that ensures our beloved beverages reach our customers across Lesotho efficiently and safely. As a Delivery Loader, you will be a vital part of our distribution network, responsible for the careful and timely loading and unloading of beverage products onto and off delivery vehicles. You will play a direct role in maintaining the integrity of our products from the warehouse to the customer, ensuring every delivery is handled with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload beverage products onto and off delivery trucks and vans.
- Verify product quantities and ensure accuracy of shipments against delivery manifests.
- Safely stack and secure products within vehicles to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, especially concerning heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse and on the loading dock.
- Collaborate effectively with drivers, warehouse supervisors, and other team members.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation as required.
Required Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly (up to 25kg).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in counting and checking products.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read delivery notes and count stock.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, loading, or logistics role.
- Experience operating a pallet jack or similar material handling equipment.
- A valid driver's license (Code B or C1) is a plus, but not essential for this role.
