Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process delivery manifests and related documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers and dispatch teams.
  • Track and monitor shipments, updating status in the logistics system.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and reconciliation.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff regarding order preparation and loading.
  • Address and resolve minor delivery issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements in logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during logistics activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department as needed.

Required Skills
