Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily planning and coordination of delivery routes and schedules.
- Monitor real-time delivery progress, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to relay instructions, address concerns, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including manifests, bills of lading, and delivery confirmations.
- Utilize logistics software and tracking systems to monitor shipments and resolve discrepancies.
- Liaise with customers to confirm delivery details, provide estimated times of arrival, and resolve any delivery-related inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of delivery delays, damages, or lost shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and operational data.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Class 5 British Columbia Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Familiarity with Delta, BC, and Lower Mainland geographical areas.
