Key Responsibilities
- Plan, optimize, and manage daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor shipments in real-time, track delivery progress, and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve logistical issues, delays, and emergencies to minimize disruption.
- Ensure strict compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and operational data, generating reports as required.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
- Process delivery documentation, including waybills, invoices, and customs forms, accurately and promptly.
- Manage and allocate transportation resources efficiently to meet demand and optimize fleet utilization.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers regarding delivery schedules, changes, and inquiries.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination (minimum 2 years).
- Proficiency in logistics software and transportation management systems (TMS).
