Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their requested destinations.
- Promptly pick up and deliver various items, including food orders and packages, to customers.
- Utilize a smartphone application for navigation, order management, and ride requests.
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle interior and exterior.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant experience for all passengers and delivery recipients.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively to complete deliveries and rides within estimated arrival times.
- Communicate professionally with customers, support staff, and platform users.
Required Skills
- Valid U.S. Driver's License for at least one year
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3-5 years)
- Proof of vehicle insurance and registration
- Reliable vehicle (4-door for ride-sharing, good condition for deliveries)
- Smartphone with data plan
- Excellent navigation and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
- Must be 21 years or older
