Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals living with dementia, respecting their individuality and choices.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, mobility, and feeding, always maintaining dignity.
- Engage clients in stimulating and therapeutic activities tailored to their interests and cognitive abilities.
- Monitor and report any changes in a client's condition, behaviour, or well-being to senior staff.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, their families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
