Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive sterilization and disinfection of dental instruments and equipment in accordance with strict infection control guidelines.
- Prepare operatory rooms for dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments, materials, and supplies are readily available and properly organized.
- Conduct daily checks and routine maintenance on dental equipment, identifying and troubleshooting minor malfunctions.
- Manage and maintain inventory of dental supplies, placing orders, and stocking shelves to ensure adequate levels at all times.
- Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures by handing instruments and materials, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with external repair technicians and vendors for equipment servicing and major repairs.
- Document maintenance activities, sterilization cycles, and inventory movements accurately.
- Provide basic patient support, such as guiding them to and from treatment rooms and ensuring their comfort.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with the latest dental technologies and protocols.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in dental clinic support or as a dental assistant.
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent understanding and application of sterilization and infection control protocols.

- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues effectively.
