Job Description

Are you a passionate and skilled DevOps Engineer ready to transform infrastructure and operations in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment? Career.zycto is actively seeking a talented individual to join our growing team in the vibrant tech hub of Langendreer, Bochum. We are at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible, and our continued success hinges on a robust, efficient, and highly available technical backbone. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to architect, implement, and maintain the critical systems that power our cutting-edge applications, ensuring seamless delivery, optimal performance, and uncompromising reliability.

As a core member of our DevOps team at Career.zycto, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between development and operations, fostering a culture of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). Your daily responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end lifecycle of our infrastructure: from designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines that automate our software releases, to managing our evolving cloud infrastructure (predominantly AWS/Azure/GCP), automating deployment processes, and meticulously monitoring the health, reliability, and scalability of our services. We believe in empowering our engineers, providing you with the autonomy and resources to select and implement the best tools, technologies, and practices to achieve our strategic goals and drive technical excellence. You’ll collaborate extensively with software developers, product managers, and QA engineers, fostering a culture of shared ownership and collective problem-solving.

We’re specifically looking for someone who breathes automation, lives for system reliability, and is inherently curious and eager to explore new technologies to continuously improve our operational efficiency and security posture. Your expertise will be crucial in building and maintaining our cloud-native platforms, optimizing our monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack), and championing best practices in security, performance tuning, and compliance. If you’re excited by the prospect of building resilient infrastructure from the ground up, tackling complex challenges with creative solutions, and contributing significantly to a company that deeply values innovation, technical mastery, and professional growth, then Career.zycto is the ideal place for you to thrive. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment where your professional development is a priority, providing abundant opportunities for continuous learning, relevant certifications, and accelerated career advancement within a rapidly expanding organization. Bring your drive, your expertise, and your vision to a team that’s actively shaping the future of technology.
