As a Digital Ads Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day management, meticulous optimization, and comprehensive reporting of various digital advertising campaigns across established platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and potentially emerging channels. You’ll work closely with our experienced Senior Marketing Specialists and dedicated Account Managers to execute strategic initiatives meticulously designed to maximize return on investment (ROI) for our diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the comprehensive planning, meticulous creation, and successful launch of paid digital advertising campaigns across various essential platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network).
- Conducting thorough keyword research, precise audience targeting, and in-depth competitive analysis to robustly inform and refine campaign strategy and execution.
- Monitoring campaign performance daily with a keen eye, identifying critical trends, and making data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization to significantly improve key metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Crafting compelling, persuasive ad copy that resonates with target audiences and collaborating closely with our in-house design team for the creation of effective and visually appealing ad creatives.
- Generating regular, insightful performance reports, translating complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for internal teams and external clients.
- Ensuring all campaigns meticulously adhere to allocated budget caps and maintain optimal pacing schedules to avoid over/underspend.
- Proactively staying abreast of the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness and innovate strategies.
- Supporting the wider marketing team with ad-hoc tasks, detailed market analysis, and collaborative campaign ideation sessions.
- Actively contributing to internal knowledge sharing, developing best practice documentation, and participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and results.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
- Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram advertising)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs and metrics
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display)
- Meta Blueprint certifications
- Previous experience working in a marketing agency environment
