Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant departments to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
  • Provide support for customer service inquiries related to online orders, product information, and website navigation.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for e-commerce growth.
  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media content, and paid advertisements.
  • Generate basic reports on e-commerce performance, website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior.
  • Ensure all website content and product information adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to streamline e-commerce operations and enhance the customer journey.
  • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an e-commerce, digital marketing, or administrative support role.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, SEM, social media).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
