Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management and optimization of client e-commerce platforms (e.g., product uploads, inventory updates, price changes).
- Create, edit, and optimize product descriptions, images, and other digital content to enhance customer experience and SEO performance.
- Monitor and report on e-commerce sales performance, website traffic, and key conversion metrics.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid advertising efforts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage online reviews to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with order fulfillment processes and coordination with logistics partners.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and content calendars.
