Job Description
This role is crucial for our expanding digital footprint. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Assistant specializing in E-commerce Management to join our vibrant team in Lekki Phase 2. As a Digital Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online stores, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and contributing to the overall growth of our digital presence.
You will work closely with our E-commerce Manager, assisting with product listing optimization, inventory management across various platforms, order fulfillment coordination, and customer service support. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of e-commerce platforms, including product uploads, updates, and removals.
- Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) and user experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for stock replenishment.
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Provide first-line customer support via email, chat, and phone for e-commerce inquiries.
- Support the creation and scheduling of social media content and email marketing campaigns.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on e-commerce performance, sales, and customer engagement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all e-commerce data and content.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a digital assistant or e-commerce support role.
