Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day management and optimization of various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Upload, update, and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels to ensure accuracy and appeal.
  • Monitor inventory levels across online channels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
  • Support the creation, scheduling, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance data using tools like Google Analytics to generate regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders, product information, and website functionality.
  • Ensure all website content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO-friendly).
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging visual and textual content for online campaigns and product pages.
  • Assist in managing customer relationship management (CRM) activities to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a digital marketing or e-commerce support role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data management.
