Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, upload, and optimization of product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Support inventory management, ensuring product availability and accurate stock levels are reflected online.
- Monitor and process online orders, coordinating with logistics for timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Provide front-line customer support via email, chat, and phone for online inquiries, order status, and product information.
- Update website content, including banners, promotional graphics, and blog posts, to keep the online store fresh and engaging.
- Support the scheduling and publishing of social media content to promote e-commerce products and campaigns.
- Assist with basic digital marketing tasks, such as email campaign setup and segmentation.
