Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across various e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers/warehouses to ensure stock availability.
- Process online orders, manage shipping logistics, and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Provide excellent customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, or phone.
- Assist in implementing digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media content, and basic SEO.
- Collect and analyze e-commerce data (sales trends, website traffic, customer behavior) to generate reports.
- Support in content creation and optimization for product pages and marketing materials.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign execution.
- Identify and suggest improvements for e-commerce processes and customer experience.
Required Skills
