Job Description

Bana Consulting is seeking a proactive and adaptable Digital Assistant to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our consultants and management, ensuring the smooth execution of various digital projects and daily tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain digital calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments across different time zones.
- Prepare, edit, and format digital documents, presentations, and reports using various software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Assist with data entry, database management, and information organization to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the creation and distribution of digital marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
- Conduct online research and compile summaries on industry trends, competitor activities, and client-specific information.
- Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritising messages, and drafting responses on behalf of consultants.
- Coordinate virtual events, webinars, and online training sessions, including technical setup and participant registration.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for common digital tools and platforms used by the team.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Streamline digital workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative and digital support tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong command of digital communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
