Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Digital Banking Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support for a wide range of digital banking products and services. You will guide users through online platforms, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless, positive banking experience. While prior experience in banking or IT support is a plus, it is not required. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support and guidance to customers experiencing issues with digital banking platforms (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
  • Assist customers with setting up and navigating various digital banking features, including bill payments, transfers, account management, and security settings.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior support or IT personnel as necessary.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on best practices for digital security and safe online banking habits.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, professional, and efficient service.
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital banking products, services, and system updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and product functionality.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with mobile applications.
