Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct basic research to support content development, identify relevant keywords, trending topics, and competitor activities.
  • Help organize and maintain content libraries and digital assets, ensuring easy accessibility for the team and efficient version control.
  • Monitor and report on basic content performance metrics using analytics tools, providing preliminary insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and video producers to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual appeal across all digital channels.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks related to content management and marketing operations as needed to support team efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an emphasis on clarity and grammatical accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven proofreading abilities.
  • Familiarity with various digital content formats (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, web copy) and their best practices.
  • Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn new software quickly.
